When talking about kids, a kid-friendly vacation home is only as kid friendly as what the kids expect.

The first hurdle in that regard is the:

age of kids

Where our reservation system has an automated setting (deriving from hotel protocol) that kids are kids when they are 4 years or younger, we at Discount Vacation Rentals Online however know very well that we accommodate kids that still live with mom and dad while celebrating their 27th birthday! Seriously, the age of the kids will determine the friendliness or choice of the rental. The 3-9 year olds will surely look forward to the PlayStation in the home, where as the elder have more interest in beating dad on a game of pool or foosball. It does not matter for Discount Vacation Rentals Online on who you call kids or adults, we are only interested in serving you best and providing the perfect options for you and the family for your stay here in Orlando.

Some 16 year old sons don’t mind sharing a twin bedroom with their 13 year old sister. (really, they exist!)

And some parents believe that each of the 8 year old twins require their own bedroom to each get their full and most needed portion of sleep. A common question from our guests is the maximum number of people that can reside in a home. It does not matter whether the kids are 8 weeks or 8 years old, they count for 1 regardless of the kids age when it comes to maximum occupancy of a vacation home. The bedding is of no importance at all… It is a legal stipulation and limitation that has far reaching consequences when something were to happen while being on vacation in this home or rental with an exceeding number of occupants. (think insurance, think responsibility). Please be aware that the management company nor sheriff will hesitate for a second to take any measure when exceeding occupancy is found in a home. Afterall you endanger the well being of the property, the property owner and most importantly your own family.
