How do I choose my Best Value Rental Option?
By booking the Best Value Rental Option you have just 3 easy steps to finalizing your reservation.
1. Choose your rental: Condo, Town House or Pool Home. If you’re not sure what you’d prefer, or even what the difference is between the 3 options, just call our reservations department for details (855-492-0094) Here’s a quick tip: a condo is a unit with a single story floor plan, typically within a resort-style atmosphere. Each Condo is within a building that can range from 3-5 stories tall and the condo can be located on the ground floor or a higher level. A majority (nut not all) of these condo resorts have elevator access in all buildings. A town house is a 2 story floor plan, typically within a resort atmosphere (think: row house). A pool home is a stand-alone, private home with your own screened pool and patio area.
2. Choose your number of bedrooms. You can choose condos or town houses with 2 to 4 bedrooms or a private pool home with up to 8 bedrooms. If you’re not sure how many bedrooms you need, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help you choose the best option for your party. Each size home will specify the number of guests permitted by law.
3. Customize your vacation rental. You can customize your vacation property with booking options–which is just another term for upgrades in the vacation rental market. You may choose upgrades or specific amenities that you want in your property when available. For example, you may choose a town house, with 3 bedrooms, and you can also add a spa on your private patio or a splash pool (based on availability).
If you opted for a private pool home, with 3 bedrooms, you can choose amenities to be included in the home such as: a spa, a game room, internet access, pet friendly, a game console (such as a Play Station or XBox), or you may upgrade to a Premier home -a home that has a number of these amenities included without having to select each amenity separately. All guests, no matter the rental property type they choose can also add: crib or high chair rental, BBQ rental, or pool/spa heat if applicable.
