Townhomes are often also called town houses or villas (UK) and all refer to the same thing: two storey villas or row houses with a dedicated parking space in front of the home and usually a small (private) patio in the back. Some of the more upscale townhomes may have a fully screened-in patio in the back or/and have a splash pool or private Jacuzzi installed.
Most townhomes for rent will have one bedroom downstairs and the remaining bedrooms will be upstairs. All town houses come fully equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils, linens and towels, washer and dryer and even a iron and iron board are present.
All townhomes we offer are short term vacation rentals, located in gated communities. Many communities are like resorts and, just like with the condos, this adds to the value of your Orlando vacation with all the amenities that are available to our guests within the resorts.
