Our rental properties are available in various Orlando Rental Communities that each cater to individual needs. In addition, every vacation home, condo or town home will also have a Google Map in the navigation bar that will show the distance to the nearest Disney Theme Park.
Once you find the community and the vacation rental of your choice, you can then fill in the dates of travel in the Search Availability box and it will direct you right to the booking engine with the available properties. Why Are Rental Communities Gated?
Vacation homes, condos and town homes are located in short term rental communities which are specifically designed for vacationing in the Disney World area. Each community has different amenities and most are free for visitor use. Many guests are under the impression that a gated community is gated for safety reasons; however, in many cases gated access ensures that the amenities you pay for with your stay are exclusive to you. Although man-guarded rental communities do add to the safety of the guest and the property, Discount Vacation Rentals Online will only work with vacation properties that are located in neighborhoods that fall under the protection of short term rental designated areas.
