There are three master bedrooms (one master is located on the ground floor of the home). One of the masters has a King size bed and an en suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower and two vanities. You also have a Queen size bedroom, a Full size bedroom, along with two Twin Bedrooms that each have two twin size beds. TVs are in all of the bedrooms.
The kitchen has an breakfast counter with seating for two and is equipped with standard kitchen appliances and fixtures. All of your primary appliances (Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge) are supplied as well as service ware for 10-12 guests. The formal dining table seats eight with its unique design and seating.
There is a family room with a flat screen TV. A second living room also fitted with a large flat screen TV provides a haven for movie lovers or entertaining afternoons with the kids. The den, located on the second floor, has a pool table and air hockey table. You also have Internet Access provided free of charge. Moving on to the outdoors, your home in Legacy Park has a private pool and bubbling spa. To the rear of the home is a conservation view and off the pool patio is where you`ll find the half bath mentioned early. Again, this home is convenient in every way.
