The homes comes fully furnished and completed with a games room, fully screened, pool and jacuzzi that can be heated in cooler months, TV`s in every bedroom, updated decor and high speed internet access–and it is Pet Friendly too! Wow, now that`s comfort at its best!
The master bedroom offers a King size bed, 24″ flat screen TV, and DVD player. The master bathroom will have a shower, two basins, walk-in-closet and restroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, 24: flat screen TV, DVD, single closet. The queen`s en-suite has a shower, single basin, and restroom. Your third bedroom has a Full size bed, 24″ flat screen, DVD, and double closet. Lastly, bedroom 4 is furnished with two Twin Beds, double closet, 18″ flat screen, and DVD player. The home does have an extra family bathroom with a door leading to the patio & pool area which makes it quite handy in preventing wet foot tracks through the home after your swim on the way to the bath/shower. There`s also a single basin and restroom. This home sleeps 8.
Where is this beautiful pool home located you ask? How about 8.2 miles from Disney World`s entrance off of Interstate 4, which is our main road through the city of Orlando; it gets you everywhere you want to go from, Disney to Universal, Sea World or even the Atlantic Ocean & Gulf of New Mexico. Extras included? Why yes, there are. For younger travelers, there is a pack-n-play currently in the property (be sure to pack your smaller linens for the pack-n-play crib) and a high chair is also on premises.
The formal family area is a spacious lounge providing two comfy sofas, a 30″ wall-mounted flat-screen TV, DVD player along with patio doors that open up to pool area, allowing maximum natural light into the home (shades provided as well to keep the home cool). Across from the living area is the formal dining table that seats 6. You have a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook seating an additional 4 people. All cooking utensils, pots/pans and service ware are provided for 8-10 guests. There is a washer/dryer in the home for convenience.
Entertainment is key for any size family. Why not give the kids a Games Room to keep them busy with Air hockey, a pool table, table football, and dartboard. This is a great way to spend an evening with the entire family cheering on one another. Internet Access is a nice touch for Mom to plan the following day`s excursions or catch up with friends back home. Last but not least, the highlight of the home is your very own Private Pool with Spa. From the rear of the patio is a gorgeous conservation view (no neighbors! yeah!) and even around the bottom of the screened enclosure is privacy panels which are an added bonus for any couple wanting maximum privacy.
