The kitchen is totally fitted for meal or snack preparations.
Outside is a patio where your private pool awaits. There are pool furniture on the deck, plus it is safely enclosed for added privacy and comfort. The pool area is facing the fairways, offering wonderful and soothing panorama.
Southern Dunes, where this villa belongs, is a golfing community that is very serene. There is a clubhouse with 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts and children`s playground with swings and slides for your little tots. Located just outside the gate of Southern Dunes are huge supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and a Super Wal-Mart so you are close to your needs, 24/7 (Food, Pharmacy, Clothing, a new swim suit! etc).
