I wanted to take a moment to thank you for help in arranging for us to stay at the home at 247 Montara in Calabray Park. In my view it was a positive experience that offered much more–space, privacy, options than would have a hotel. Having a kitchen was great and gave us opportunities to feed ourselves more affordably and the house overall was well decorated and very comfortable. The pool was very nice but honestly we kept at such a pace we were never really there enough to use it and when we did get back to the house it was normally pretty late and the water had cooled enough it was a little cool for swimming. A couple of notes/comments FYI. It would have been nice to have some bottled water already at the house when we got there–no offense but the tap water everywhere we were from Orlando to Clearwater tasted awful and having a little good water when we got there would have been nice. We also wanted to comment on the ticket center that my wife had asked you about and inquired if you would pick up tickets for us so we had them when we got there. We did go there for tickets and they were very nice and helpful and their Disney tickets were the best price we found anywhere. We looked them up and they have been in business like 25 years and are BBB approved. Thanks again for working with us to make arrangements for a house on this trip. We will definitely keep you in mind when we are going to be in the area again and might call you for help in finding a home elsewhere in Florida if we have occasion to be there for several days. we had a wonderful trip and we were in a great location. But, they need to add more wash clothes, dish clothes to their collects as well as improve on housekeeping. I would like to keep your name and e-mail to make reservations with you in the future as soon as we fine out the date or dates we will be visiting you next year. Thank you so much for your assistance. This weekend went smoothly. This is the first time that I didn’t have to actually drive to a check in facility 10 miles away from the rental and then drive back to the check in facility to check out. It was very convenient to have the key on site in the master lock, which was also very user friendly. I appreciate your service. The only downfall is that the house did not have any internet capability. That would be my only suggestion for the future.
