West Stonebridge, A Small Rental Community In Florida

In Davenport Florida, a quiet community called West Stonebridge emerged around 2005. This development is a single loop circle off of US-27 in Davenport, called Old Bridge Circle. All accommodations on Old Bridge Circle consist of 3 to 5 bedroom homes with a unique floor plan. West Stonebridge did not have the intention to be a resort community so there is no clubhouse available for gatherings. The greatest thing the West Stonebridge community has going for itself is no doubt the close proximity to the interstate, which provides the residents and guests a fast track to all the parks (Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios) as well as the Orlando Convention Center and the famous Florida beaches. Tampa Bay is closest by this community and only a short and fast 55 miles away. The homes in the West Stonebridge community are nicely furnished and were built by a new contractor to the Orlando area. That means you have some different floor plans than many are used to when returning for their annual Disney visit. Lot of fun.
