The Residential Gated Sunset Ridge Community

Sunset Ridge, a residential community that in part covers vacation rental homes for short stays in the Orlando area. Sunset Ridge is located in Davenport Florida, less than a mile from the Interstate 4 ramp, providing a fast track to all the theme parks and beaches in Florida. Although gated, this community is fairly large and stretched out and one can rent two vacation homes in this community but still be a 10-15 minute walk from each other. The amenities in the neighborhood are limited in comparison with other short term rental neighborhoods and that is intentional. With a large number of residing families in this community it would be very difficult to maintain communal grounds and the purpose of a community center could easily become a negative instead of a positive. However, the greatest features of the Sunset Ridge community are:

close to I-4 entrance and exit: fast access to where ever you go in central Florida
gated community: adding to the safety of the visitor.
