Legacy Park And High Gate Rental Communities
The community of Legacy Park has been set up as a cluster of smaller subdivisions and a few of those are designated short term rental neighborhoods. Renting a vacation home in Legacy Park usually means you will be choosing from houses in The Retreat, The Estates and High Gate. High Gate Park is the only community that is gated. The vacation rentals in Legacy Park are private pool homes starting with the letters LP and HG. Note that an availability search for vacation rental homes may result in homes with HG initials and these homes may be either in High Gate at Legacy Park Davenport or for High Grove in Clermont. Some communities in Orlando may be set up as resort style communities with lots of amenities and things to do in and around the clubhouse. Legacy Park is not set up as a resort but rather a combined effort from different builders and developers who have been building homes on their section of Legacy Park. Each subdivision therefore has different homes and floor plans as the builder and contractors differ.
