Highlands Reserve Golf Community For Orlando Vacation
The Highlands Reserve Golf community in Davenport Florida is a hole in one when it comes down to renting vacation homes in this neighborhood. With some of the most amazing views over fairways or simply enjoying the nature within and around the course it is a very popular lodging accommodation spot for many visitors to the Orlando area. The clubhouse is in fact the golf pro shop and bar but is not exactly designed to be a hang-out place for renters as it is for the golfers. There is a bar and an occasional snack available though. The community pool and kids playground are across the street from the pro shop and there are bathrooms available if need be. From 2 different builders, Lennar and Engle, the golf villas became reality in a number of different phases of construction between 2002 and 2007. As the homes hardly ever come into play during your golf game, the homes have enough distance usually from the fairways and players so that privacy is preserved for the renters. The rental homes that you find here on Highlands Reserve are 3 to 5 bedrooms large and especially the Lennar homes are more spacious than you would find in most typical rental homes in the Disney area and is a favorite rental spot for anyone’s Orlando vacations.
