Disney’s BoardWalk consists of around 9,000 sq ft of shops, eating places as well as nightclubs. It includes Crescent Lake and it is “a town on the lake” close to several Disney world Vacation resort hotels located in Walt Disney World Vacation resort. This particular quarter-mile amusement, cuisine and shopping area is as well conveniently near to two Walt Disney Amusement Parks.
Along with sherbet-colored building facades, candy striped awnings, growing posts and archways; the BoardWalk at Disney World Orlando is fashioned following the switch of twentieth century together with coastal towns and cities like Coney Island, Los Angeles and Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Walk along Disney’s BoardWalk in daytime to explore the extraordinary stores as well as restaurants. Once the sun cools all the way down, the night life gets hotter with street entertainers, food sellers, midway games, and a lot of live entertainments.
Vacation Resort Guests could possibly get to Disney’s BoardWalk in various ways:
- Get On The Bus

Restaurants On The Boardwalk
A short review of the most important restaurants you will find on the Boardwalk. You will find on certain older maps the restaurant Spoodles still, but that one has gone and was replaced by the award winning kitchen from Iron Chef Cat Cora: Kouzzina. It is a Mediterranean inspired Greek cuisine, with hints to the American and international tourist and in a nutshell you can say it is not expensive, very wide range of dishes and a lot of fun. It comes recommended, for sure.
Another restaurant that is high on our list of exquisite eating places, a somewhat higher price range but well worth it, is the Flying Fish. On a corner with lots of windows and views, the dress code here would be casual or business casual, but I have seen some shorts walking around here as well. Just make sure you don’t feel embarrassed sitting next to a table with guys in suits. Fish dishes here are highly praised by anyone we have met there and elsewhere.
Third known restaurant is the Big River Grille and Brewing Works. Located on the other end of the Boardwalk, near Jelly Rolls (piano bar) and the Swan and Dolphin hotels, it is a cool place to hang out and have dinner outside even. Check it out.
