Why Was Mango Key Not Discovered Sooner?
The answer to the question why not more people have discovered the Mango Key area may be surprising, given the fact that it is so cheap to stay there. - it is gated. You cannot go in and out without actually staying there
- it is small. Barely half a street long, with only 30 town homes in total, maybe 20 are actually rented out for Orlando vacation time
- it is off another communities boulevard. Unless you have business in entering the Lindfields area, you would never drive along this road as a tourist
- it is doing so well already. The private owners hardly have to advertise anything themselves because the on-site management company has the vast majority of all rental units in portfolio and DVRO pretty much provides a pretty full calendar of rentals to all units
