With sadness, we have learned that Disney World has discontinued this service.
As soon as they re-instate this initiative, we will make a note here on the blog.

Disney has established 2009 as the year of the ‘What Will You Celebrate?’ Event. For guests under 18 years of age, they may use their certified copy of their birth certificates). There is a form for you to complete at the park prior to entering.
2. Want to save some valuable time? PRE-REGISTER. Once you complete this form, just print out the confirmation receipt and take?this receipt along with your proper form of ID to the park entrance in order to receive your ticket. If you’ve already celebrated your birthday or even paid for a ticket to Disney over the course of your birthday–no need to worry. Disney has several other birthday treats for you. Hi Leslie,
For as far as I know the Free Birthday is still in effect with Disney. Not sure what it may be in July.
I would suggest calling our ticket office to find out whether it is still up to date and will be available for your granddaughter’s birthday?

Hi Charles,
Unfortunately, we have learned that Disney discontinued this program back in 2010. I will make a note of this on the blog post for future readers.
