Many management companies and owners see their calendars open up for the season all of a sudden, panic has not struck yet but it is to come. Guests who booked through an agency that is linked to or who booked with WelcomeUSA directly now are facing a bump on the road and decisions are to be taken: do I go on vacation and enjoy my Florida holiday with the family?
All may not be lost, all you holiday go-ers need to do is find the management company they booked with. These management companies may be more than happy to accommodate and validate your stay… that is if you pay them directly.
First things first: you paid most likely by Credit Card. Call or write your credit card company and cancel the transaction, even if it was done a long time ago.They may give WelcomeUSA a timeframe to rebut however, but who is going to answer these chargebacks at Welcome and what are they going to say: the transaction was valid?
Now you can either go to the original management company or you can choose a different one, a different house. Be aware that management companies that worked with WelcomeUSA in the past most likely are in peril themselves now.
